Kagutsuchi-Otsu Fencer is the sister unit to Kagutsuchi-Kou heavier armour again, but built around close-quarters combat with the hefty 180mm Experimental Type 3 Battering Ram blade braced by her sub-arm. Same thick, powerful Kagutsuchi silhouette, different fighting style, and a genuinely new build rather than a simple recolour.
