Swift, savage and honourable the White Scars deserve a scheme that does their white armour and red markings justice. White is famously tricky; these ten paints give you the stepped greys and whites to make it clean.

What’s in the set

Base (3): Corax White, Abaddon Black, Mephiston Red
Layer (3): White Scar, Eshin Grey, Wild Rider Red
Shade (2): Nuln Oil, Agrax Earthshade
Technical (2): Astrogranite, Typhus Corrosion

Best for

Corax White armour shaded with Eshin Grey and finished in White Scar
Mephiston Red and Wild Rider Red markings
Typhus Corrosion grime and textured bases

One tidy set, no shopping list just crack it open and get the Khan’s riders on the table.

Miniatures not included. Pots come in a mix of Citadel and Warhammer Colour packaging it’s the same paint, Games Workshop is mid-way through renaming the range. Add a decent brush and a model to lead the charge, like Kor’sarro Khan.
